These are some of the fabulous Japanese novelty prints which have arrived into the store this week...what a Christmas gift for us. I have tomorrow off and think that some of these will be put to good use.
They are all $25 per mt and some are a slightly heavier weight which is ideal for both quilts and bags....or what ever you wish to create. Have a happy New Year everyone. ( I think the elephants have had too much new year cheer already ).

Jeannie made this quilt as a gift for Amber for her 21st birthday. We hear on the grape vine the quilt went off like the party, "a real blast". I guess Jeannie you will be busy for the next few years as all Ambers friends put in their requests for their birthday gifts.
One of my teachers in the shop Judy Newman is featured in this months Quilters Companion. The quilt featured is called "Savil Row" and is a wonderful quilt for the boy/man in your life. I know one customer in particular that made this for her husband and he loves it. Savil Row is a great combination of striped and patterned fabrics.
Lizzie and I will appear in January's Quilters Companion with our pieced, appliqued and embroidered quilt.
Sorry for the delay to all who are waiting for the class schedule but I do have a good excuse. My daughter Meg is my computer person as I am fairly hopeless at all things to do with technology, and she had a wee fight with the floor at the basketball stadium and a holiday at the Alfred Hospital this week.
She sould be back on board soon to get it out to you all.
