The movers lost a critical box - the one with the toys!
Given that Toys R Us (or Amazon for that matter) do not have an online toy shop serving Hong Kong, we're currently faced with buying a few items from an online Hong Kong toy shop or getting the toys from back home and convincing the insurance companies to pay for the shipment.
